Just a reminders to please take a moment to mark your calendars and plan on attending the kickoff meeting for our 41st annual Fruit Sale. We'll have the meeting on Thursday October 15th at 6pm in the Fine Arts center following the full ensemble practice after school. This is a mandatory meeting for all parents and students in Concert and Marching Band.

At the meeting we will describe the sale, hand out marketing materials and have a brief Q&A. This is also parent meeting and a time to hear from and ask questions of the Band Directors and Booster Board, so please don't miss this very important meeting.

Last year we sold and delivered over 18,000 pounds of fruit and almost 400 gift baskets for over $34,000 in sales and this year our goal is to break the $40,000 mark. This amazing citrus comes from the famous Indian River region of Florida and is picked on Tuesday and delivered on a Friday so it arrives at its peak of freshness. Our customers rave year after year over the high quality and competitive cost of our fruit and gift baskets.

So please plan on attending this important meeting to support our fundraiser and also make note of the following important fruit sale dates:

Thursday 10/15 @ 6pm - Fine Arts Center - Kickoff Meeting

Friday 11/13 - End of Sale - All Orders Due to band room after school
Friday 12/11 Immediately after school - Fruit Sale Assembly - ALL HANDS!
